Eligibility for Refunds

The customer acknowledges and accepts that full and partial refunds will only be provided in the event that the products and services purchased from Bouxtie are not provided in full within the specified period of time as a direct result of the company’s own action or inaction. A full or partial refund will be provided at the discretion of the company in the event of delivery delays or failure to complete the order in a timely manner.

Order Cancellation

All customers have the right to cancel their orders and claim a full refund on the condition that the order has not yet been processed on our side. Once the order has been verified and the delivery process begins, there is no option for canceling your order.
